Inspection of Headstones

Please be aware that the parish council has commissioned an inspection of all the headstones in the burial ground and it will take place in February.

If a headstone is found to be unsafe, it can usually be made safe by tying it to a wooden stake, but in a few cases it may be necessary to lay the headstone flat.

This will be the first inspection since 2019. Please contact the Parish Clerk if you have any questions or concerns.

Forthcoming Burial

There is an interment taking place at the burial ground on Thursday 2nd February at 12 noon. Please show respect to the mourners and take care if you are near the open grave.
